I studied 3D design crafts in York 30 years, specialising in jewellery design/making & silversmithing.

I graduated with a distinction and went on to work in Hatton Garden, firstly in a Swiss bullion dealers and then a precious gem dealers. I gained a huge amount of knowledge from both roles regarding precious metals and precious gemstones and continued to create bespoke pieces ‘fine’ jewellery for many years.

I had a career change in 2008 following redundancy during the recession and studied bookkeeping/accountancy.

In 2017 I got back into jewellery in a huge way, almost going back to my roots, working in copper and silver with my inspiration coming from nature, plants, trees, insects and sea life.

In 2020 I set up my jewellery company ‘Cloverleif’ after realising it was a lifetime ambition.

In 2023 I began studying Reiki healing and qualified as a practitioner a few months later. In my sessions and self hypnosis I am very drawn to spiritual signs, shapes colours, textures and again natural objects. I often design pieces directly from my sessions for myself and my clients.

I become very excited when creating new designs, especially as I can create pieces which also have a healing element, which is not necessarily obvious but I put my whole heart and energy into every piece I create.

I love commissions as I enjoy the research and working with the client to produce them their own unique piece of jewellery.
