I have worked as a freelance commercial artist for many years in London and since moving to Devon in 2005 and have more recently also returned to painting and printmaking.

When approaching a new piece of work I try to be open minded and experimental. Hopefully after each project I move on a little and learn something. Richard Diebenkorn, the American artist and printmaker, said “Mistakes can’t be erased, but they move you from your present position”. I like the idea that we profit from good decisions and bad, it’s positive and frees you up.

I have contributed to exhibitions at Bankside Gallery - London, RWA – Bristol, Limekiln Gallery – Calstock and Theatre Royal Plymouth.
