Roger is a Launceston based painter who suffers from severe Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME/CFS).  This means that he can only paint for short periods of time when he has a little energy.

Using acrylics and a textured layered technique, he produces work on canvas, board and paper. This offers a unique portrayal of landscape studies, architecture, people or vehicles. His work has an emphasis on local nostalgia/history, together with contemporary works. All his art is created to enhance the effects of natural light, atmosphere and movement. He also incorporates words about the composition around the edge of each box canvas, so these paintings are ready to display without framing.

His wife, Cherry deals with all the administration and organisation requires for sales and exhibitions.

Current paintings, limited editions and cards can be found at Zebediah's gallery in Launceston with work accepted for Delamore Arts 2020/21 and Drawn to the Valley exhibitions in Cornwall and Devon.
